Jason Quijada, Salt + Light’s Director of Neighbor Care, is a dedicated leader from Fresno, CA, with a strong background in community support. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Jason brings a wealth of experience to his role, having previously served as a Program Manager at Eden House. His passion for working with people and supporting those in need is the driving force behind his commitment to the mission of Salt + Light.

In his personal life, Jason finds joy in family time with his wife, Deborah, and their three daughters: Harper (8), Morgan (4), and Ryan (2). They share their home with a beloved pet named Mosby, who adds warmth and companionship to their family dynamic. Outside of work, Jason enjoys engaging in various activities, including basketball, disc golf, movies, and concerts, which help him recharge and connect with his community.

As the Director of Neighbor Care, Jason plays a pivotal role in leading initiatives that enhance community engagement and foster relationships among neighbors. His innovative approach to service ensures that individuals experiencing homelessness receive the support they need, while his collaborative spirit empowers volunteers to make a meaningful impact.
